Choosing Better Leadership Habits
Using emotional intelligence and self-authoring to align how you lead with the impact you want to make
- This session is for leaders who are capable, committed, and ready to stop defaulting—and start choosing.
- Rather than asking, “What should I do more of?”, we’ll work with more useful questions:
- Which habits are aligned with the leader I want to be—and worth reinforcing?
- Which habits tend to create friction or regret, especially under pressure?
- What is worth choosing intentionally rather than by default?
- You’ll leave with:
- A clear distinction between traditional and transformational leadership habits
- A simple way to use pride, regret, and friction as information—not judgment
- 2–3 intentionally chosen habits aligned with your values, identity, and future direction
